Since 2011, CFP's annual Changing Face of Pharmacy report has chronicled the evolution of community pharmacy from several vantage points: regulatory change, research findings and innovation at the frontline.
"New Dimensions" is the theme of the most recent report, published in November 2021. Pharmacists’ willingness to step up to fill healthcare gaps during the pandemic has cemented their position as key members of the healthcare team. Now it’s up to the profession to meet new patient expectations, while guarding against burnout.
