During the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic few healthcare service providers were open, with the exceptions of hospitals and community pharmacies. Pharmacists across Canada stepped up to provide information, prescriptions and essential services to patients. Supported by provincial regulators and Health Canada, many pharmacy services were expanded to help pharmacists with their frontline efforts.
Eight months later, we check in with pharmacy leaders to see how these services have been accelerated and managed across the country – and discuss, “Where do pharmacists go from here”?
Join us for presentations and a panel discussion with pharmacy leaders on the advancement of pharmacy’s role in healthcare.
